Remoteful — Terms of Service & Subscription Agreement
Version 2026-02-11. Effective on acceptance.
1. The service
Remoteful ("we", "us") provides a remote-jobs discovery, AI resume tailoring, cover letter, company research, interview preparation, and application tracking service. Job listings are surfaced from third-party sources (currently Arbeitnow); we do not employ candidates and do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.
2. Subscription & billing
- The Pro plan is $19 USD per month, charged in advance through Stripe.
- Each successful payment grants 30 days of Pro access from the date of payment.
- Automatic renewal: unless we notify you otherwise in-app, Pro access does not auto-renew — you initiate each payment. If we later enable auto-renew, we will require your explicit consent at that time.
- All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
3. Refunds
Because Pro grants access to AI compute that is metered in real time, payments are non-refundable once Pro time has been consumed. If you have not used any Pro feature since the payment, contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will refund in good faith.
4. Acceptable use
- You will not attempt to scrape, resell, or systematically download our job listings, AI outputs, or subscriber content.
- You will not upload resumes, job descriptions, or any content that contains personal data of third parties without their consent.
- You will not use the service to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone, or to submit fraudulent job applications.
- We may suspend accounts that violate this section without refund.
5. AI outputs — no guarantees
AI-generated resumes, cover letters, insights, and interview prep are produced by a large-language model and may contain errors or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing every AI output before using it, and for the accuracy of anything you submit to an employer.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to your uploaded resume text and application data. We store it to provide the service and delete it on account deletion request. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your resume content to train foundation models.
7. Third-party services
The service integrates with Stripe (payments), Anthropic Claude (AI), Resend (email), and Arbeitnow (job listings). Your use of these features is also governed by their respective terms.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time by not making further Pro payments; your access remains active until the end of the current 30-day cycle. We may terminate for material breach with reasonable notice.
9. Warranty disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms with notice on this page. Continued use of Pro after material changes constitutes acceptance.
